Office Manager Ingrid Emerline Ingrid is considered Mark Vitek, CPA, P.A.'s key point person: she handles the front line. With 17 years of experience with the firm, she knows how the system works behind the scenes, and delivers top quality service. Ingrid is a invaluable asset to clients since she builds good relationships, is concerned about quality and always follows through. Whether a client needs to respond to an IRS situation, know how to structure their new equipment purchase, wants advice on a retirement plan, or has other tax or accounting needs, Ingrid expedites the client's request and determines the most effective way to respond to a client's call. Her responsibilities include helping CPA staff with client and firm accounting, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and client financial statements and tax returns. In addition, she manages the firm's administrative functions such as billing and the intern program with local colleges. Before joining the firm 15 years ago, Ingrid had a 10-year tenure as an executive secretary and office manager. She is a 1967 graduate of Pierce Junior College in Philadelphia, PA and the friendly, consistent face and voice that clients love to see and hear each time they experience our service.
